Cooling machine for powder granules
he cooling machine for powder granules is a special machine for cooling and granulating powder material after the spray drying process.
The system was specially developed to cool down hard metal granules after spray drying so that they no longer stick and can be filled cleanly into appropriate containers.
The machine is connected directly to the outlet of the spray dryer. A water-cooled rotating cooling tube transports the material towards the filling container. The granules cool down and are re-granulated by the rotating movement of the tube, creating an optimal starting geometry for a ready-to-press powder.
At the end of the machine there is a sieve under a cover.
Here, agglomerates from the drying process are retained before the powder is filled into the containers in a dust-free manner. The cooling machine has its own water tank and a pump to cool the cooling pipe. This means that the company's cooling water network and system cooling are separated to avoid contamination.
The standard length of the cooling pipe is 3.50m. Other lengths are available upon request.
The process can be transferred to other industries, including the ceramics industry.
Suspension Storage Tank
The suspension storage tank is a system for temporarily storing suspensions before they are further processed in a downstream process.
With the system it is possible to homogenize several partial batches into a total batch and to transport the material to the (spray) dryer.
The suspension container is primarily used in the hard metal, ceramic and powder industries.
The suspension tank consists of a mobile frame with a large double-walled container.
The suspension from the attritor / the upstream machine can be temporarily stored in the suspension tank before drying. The container is double-walled, insulated and can be tempered/heated.
An agitator is installed in the container, which keeps the suspension flowing. This is also used to mix several partial batches. The material is then pumped out of the suspension container into the dryer/ spray-dryer and re-dried there to form a powder.
- The suspension container can hold approx. 2000 liters of suspension volume.
- The speed of the agitator is variably adjustable and can also be regulated depending on the container fill level.
- The system has a control unit directly on the system frame. Depending on requirements, a touch control and display display can also be implemented.
- If desired, the system can also be integrated into a higher-level production system.
- Explosion-proof version – ATEX possible!

Sieving and fractionating dry materials:
Dry materials such as powder can be separated from agglomerates or fractionated into different grain sizes. The material / powder can be provided in a customer-provided container. The material is fed to the screening machine via low-dust seals. After sieving/separating the different grain sizes, the material is poured back into the target container with nearly zero dust.
We have different versions with different levels of automation.
Sieving and fractionating can be carried out using simple manual systems with grain size distribution up to automated stations with automatic filling according to set weight and labeling.

Sieving of suspensions:
Our portfolio also includes sieving machines for sieving suspensions. Suspensions of grinding, mixing and dispersing processes often contain agglomerates and lumps, which disrupt subsequent processes or cause quality problems in intermediate and end products.
Our wet sieving machines are used for such cases. The suspension/liquid material can be pumped directly from a container or the machine tank onto the wet screen. The unwanted agglomerates are held back via oscillations and vibration.
The remaining suspension is conveyed to the downstream process or into a storage container via the pump integrated in the sieving machine.
All screening machines are adapted according to the process requirements (size, number of screen decks - if possible, mesh size of the screens, feed and removal of the material)
Tisoma sieving machines are also available in an explosion-proof version – ATEX.
Automatic Cutting Machine
The cutting machine is a special system for automatically cutting extruded material, usually bars in various contours, and put them down in the corresponding (sintering) trays. These machines are positioned directly after the extruder presses and are linked to them for safety reasons.
Our cutting machines have integrated laser length measurement. The Siemens control enables the programming of a variety of different product-plate (tray) combinations.
The cutting machines are available in 2 different sizes. Table length up to 500mm or up to 900mm. Product diameters of 3-30 mm can be processed.
The systems are designed for extruded unsintered ceramics and hard metals. Other products and machine sizes on request
Machining Center for Hard Metal Green Parts
The 5-axis CNC machining center is a special system for drilling - milling - turning of unsintered powder metal pressed parts. The machine is primarily used in the hard metal and ceramics industries for processing large green parts.
The machine is available as a simple version with 2 CNC-controlled axes (x-axis, z-axis + rotary axis) or as a 5-axis-controlled version with additional Y-axis, workpiece positioning and driven tool.

The machining center is ideally suited for processing powder pressed parts with minimal dust pollution thanks to a special sealing of the guides, sealing air supply and a housing of the machining space including extraction system.
The machine can also be upgraded with manual turret tool changer, vacuum clamping system and other options.

Automatic Cleaning and Coating Machine for Sinter Trays
The automatic cleaning and coating machine is a special system for cleaning and coating up to 1,200 sinter plates / trays per day.
The plates are mainly made of ceramic or graphite with different contours. Powder pressed parts are positioned on it and charged together with the plate into the heat treatment system for sintering.
It is important that the plates are clean and coated with a release agent.
Used and contaminated plates can be placed in stacks via an input magazine.
These are first fed into the machine individually and cleaned mechanically. A special design and order of different sub-stations warm, coat, dry and ultimately stack the sinter plates - ready for further use.
The coating is carried out with highest precision, so that the finest and uniform layers in the range of µm thickness are possible. The spray station also has automated cleaning of the nozzle when the machine is idle.
Magazine trolleys, a circulation system and a storage container for the release agent are also available as options.
